Does anyone know where to get the fuel line that attaches from the fuel filter to the hard metal return line in a 1981 rabbit 1.6n/a? The rubber hose is cracked bad and I don't what to splice in a connector piece, I would much rather replace the entire line.
Thanks

You can replace just the rubber part.. IIRC it's 5/16" fuel line.. Although I'd opt for something made with viton or nitrile like low pressure hydraulic hose, or high pressure fuel line (for EFI).. You'll have to grind/cut the crimp that holds the rubber to the banjo fitting that attaches to the filter.. THen just use a regular ole hose clamp to re attach.. It shoudl already just be clamped to the fuel line on the car..

Thank you. I guess I'll go the 7mm Autohausaz.com route. I have to order a radiator for my 1981 1.6n/a and a couple of oil filter housing gaskets, I'll just add to the order.
