I upgraded my turbo due to the wastegate actuater being bad. $75 plus shipping turbo worked great except the wastegate actuater not working...
-
I'm in your area, maybe we can make a deal

hey i live in baltimore and looking for a turbo. lemmie know. i can pick up tom
-
I have some factory piping for the inlet of the turbo also, and herb you know its Rick in La plata. I flung a timing belt so I did alittle upgrades at the sametime...
Let me know who wants it....
-
well im still waiting on a reply. i need a turbo very badly.

Okay Rick, you talked me into it. I'm working on a timing belt skipped engine also. Think it caught a intake valve, haven't pulled the head yet. How bad the damage on yours(you said you fly low)

I thought it would be bad I was doing about 40mph and the serpentine belt flew off, but went into the timing belt. So the engine stopped and I pulled over popped the hood and seen the belts broken. So I pull the head and it bent one exhaust valve, and broke to lifters, not bad, so I did the egr delete and cleaned the intake and head up, and bolted up a new turbo with intercooler and piping. Its runs way better but I want more...

bump this up, it also comes with the inlet pipe too ;D

i said i wanted it. what is actually bad with the actuater?

i said i wanted it. what is actually bad with the actuater?
i would say that the actuator no longer moves the wastegate when boost pressure is applied..
