Sorry I can't help you find those.
There is this that is bright chrome that could be burnished to a grey if that would interest you.

Found at this site in South Africa I believe. I am getting an order together soon with some others if you are interested. This is the page that came from.

i would really like the same ones i have now.
i've had a few leads but everyone comes back saying that their's are cracked when they find 'em.
i've JB welded this one (drivers side) together before and it works for a few hours and breaks... it's just the regulators are so bad, they need a good greasing but i'm terrified of breaking the door card if i try to take it off.
the other window crank (pass), the cover is cracked in a bunch of pieces and is holding on for dear life.
i have a black one on for now and i loath it with all of my being.
i'd rather not vinyl paint it if possible.

You won't hurt the doorcard with the right trim/clip remover.
But you might end up with some clips that need replacing.
In the multi-piece trim/clip remover kit from Harbor Freight is a perfect Mk1 door panel/clip removal tool. It's what i use.
You still work at Harbor ?
Greasing those window regs makes a world of difference - even with ugly old black cranks. lol
Grease the regulator tracks - get a good (or new) pair of black cranks and shoot them with some grey primer once a month until you find the needles in a haystack. ;)

I've used a screwdriver to get my door cards off quite a few times without a problem.

Seriously, I had several of these out at the farm last fall (when I moved off). I don't know if they made the move or if the mice eventually used them for their cars ::). Have patience....I may find them in one of the storage units in town here. I didn't think they had any value.......

Okay, these aren't grey.
But they are new mk1 in black for $5 each.
(is that loathing i hear ?) lol
1 light coat of any color FUSION brand spray paint as a bonder (let it flash 5-10 mins.) - then follow with 1 or 2 coats of non-sanding grey primer. Or they may offer FUSION in grey.
It should relieve your eye pains until further developments present themselves. So easy - a cavewoman could do it. :P
