Anyone run across this before?
Changed a headlight bulb late last night, turned lights and key on to check it, now the parking lights won't go out. cold and dark, so I pulled the positive cable off tehbattery for the night. Am I looking at a lightswitch, relay, or the ignition switch?

will help if you tell us what car this is in. :)

Sorry, it's a 92 Jetta. Tried the headlight switch out of my parts car (87 Jetta) slightly different wiring due to daytime running lights I think.
Pulled the '92 switch apart, found a chunk of wood like you'd see off a chainsaw INSIDE the switch. How it got there I'll never know! It's in my other 92 as we speak, seems to be fine. Chunk was holding something up??
