can't seem to find torque specs online. anyone have a link?
I'm getting spooled up to fix my 84 1.6L TD Quantum. Got a new head from Topline, new gaskets and such, new crank bolt, and new crank pulley. Just need to torque that crank bolt properly this time (with locktite) and I'll be good to go. Any handy tips for torquing the crank bolt with engine in car would be appreciated. And the torque spec too.

Youcan hold the pulley wheel with a strap wrench while you torque the bolt.

THANK YOU!!!!!!
I was thinking of using a prybar on the flywheel starter gear against the bellhousing timing opening. Is that a bad idea?

Will probably work, but I'd wait for someone more expirienced to chime in. Are you interested in the manual?
