Lookin' good... The silver on silver on silver looks better than I could imagine...

Nice ride!
I like the head lights and grill. Since I'm still new to the VW jetta world, how can I convert my 91 ECO over to that? Just find one in a gasser? I bet the lighting is a ton better.
-
Must be a GLI with a Diesel swap eh? Not a fan of the painted bumpers but nice ride (loving0 the Recaros!)

Converting to rounds requires replacement of the core support which on MK2's will unbolt. You will need the round headlight core support along with the matching lights and grill to convert. The only US car to come with rounds was the 92 GTI, but they are quad rounds (4 headlights) not the singles (2 headlights) and have the inferior US beam pattern. The European parts are cheaper anyways and widely available.

For your info, these seats are from the Jetta Trophy (about 150 made, Canada only) and very exclusive.
A friend of mine has 2 jetta Trophy. They had this unique midnight blue paint that was almost black. These seats are worth 1200$ when they were new in 1988.

Trophy seats in good condition (front and back) used are still worth upwards of $800...
And GTX Recaros (newer style MKII Jetta) compleate in good condition still go for an easy $1200+ sometimes...
The GTX Recaros are sick... but I wouldn't frown at a set of Trophys

My Coupe came with the GTX seats (heated), but my interior is blue so I put matching seats in it. I kept the seats though.
Nice seats that need a little TLC.

there is a set of trophy front and rears for sale on the vortex for $650 canadian right now. so tempting...
