If RabbitGTDGuy doesn't want it then I may be interested as I have a MK3 and might find use for it. I'm sure the cluster is metric, right? i.e. km/h instead of mph.

I'm afraid I dont have any pics, but its your basic idi cluster with tach, no scratches or anything.
And yes its in km's.

malone, you can have it if its still for sale... a little much for me to spend without seeing pics...i was going to see if it was something I could incorporate into the rabbits dash. Otherwise...i have to find a diesel tach to work in the Rabbit cluster and run off the W terminal or figure out a way to make my optical tach setup work again with the TDI engine since I wasn't planning on running a tbelt cover...

Is there any way to reset or adjust the displayed mileage? My speedometer hasn't worked since I bought the car, and I figure it has about 300 000 kms

My PM submitted to Topherdiesel on December 14, 2005 is still sitting in his inbox, unopened. This is also the last thread he has posted in. Apparently he hasn't revisited this board since.

The VW dealer wants 490 dollars for a new one... and I have called the junkyards around...nothing not even for a TDI cluster... this may end up been my Christmas whish list but at the price no even Santa Clause will do.
