Title: bottom end girdle cad file wanted

does anyone have a cad file of a girdle to fit an aaz engine so i can get one cut  ???
and could you email me a copy  ;D

Truckinwagen has one for the 1.6...same oil pan gasket as 1.9aaz I believe??? should work.

If it's cool with the creator of the file, perhaps you or he could post it somewhere?  I am not in a hurry for it, as my performance build just got pushed back for a while, but I would like to have a couple of these made up as well.

no luck yet??  :'(
I'm in the middle of making my own template out of hardboard (no idea how to use cad or cad software) but it would sure be easier if i had a ready made cad file i could take to the machine shop,
somebody pleeeaaazzzz send me a copy I'm ready to send my bottom end off for rebuild and the only thing i need is a girdle and i cant find one to fit the aaz in the UK and i know a few fellas in the uk in the same position as me who i would be willing to pass this onto.
and posting up a link or download would be a great idea.

Turbo J and AKI-76 also have a file and they are in Finland. Closer for you I believe :D

I don't know what cad you guys have, but the cad I've made few years ago, will fit with 5 minutes work. Can send it in email.
