Title: Tee on top of fuel filter

Hello I have an 89 Jetta NAD. In the return fuel line from the pump there is a tee that plugs in to the top of the fuel filter and is held in place with a cotter pin. It appears to be some sort of check valve. Anyway mine has came apart at the seam and I need to know what the proper nomenclature is so I can get a new one. Please advise. thanks

It says "valve for fuel preheater", part number 191 127 247 A.
