Title: what is relay #60

my 86 golf with a 1.9 L quit on the hwy and i think its an electrical problem.
relay # 60 makes a weird noise when i try to turn it over..
anyone know what it could be?

Is the GlowPlug relay.

If your battery is dead, it would make a wierd noise of rapid clicking.
