Title: dipstick tube seal diagram?

Hello!

I've gone through three of the dipstick tube seals in the past couple years.
I want to determine if i'm installing it right...

is it:
dipstick tube bump
metal washer
rubber grommet
block?

or:
dipstick tube bump
rubber grommet
metal washer
block?

i'd like to never have to do this again, so i'm throwing a little rtv in the mix.  :-X

the metal washer goes on top of the o ring. its a common place for turbo engines to leak oil.

thanks for the confirmation! any idea why the seals keep tearing/failing?
with the seal being slightly larger than the metal washer, it seems like it won't ever "seal" properly.
erg.

and this one isn't a turbo.  :(
