Selling 1990 vw jetta diesel 1.6l non turbo. Has a rebuilt engine and runs great. Asking $1900 obo

Do you have any pictures?  Also, how much hassle is it to get the car to Grand Forks, ND???
I may be interested if not to much rust or hassle getting across the border.  Biggest problem is that I do not have a passport of cards to cross as of now.
