SOLD
This kit comes with just about everything you need. The only piece that I am missing is the air box, however a cone filter will work just fine or you can modify a digi2 air box etc.
What you are buying:
1) T3 turbo - minor shaft play up and down, no in and out. The wastegate looks a little rusty but it is still holding firm. The nuts for the downpipe are kind of crusty. I would recommend replacing them.
2) Downpipe. It's a MK2 style one and is very solid. I don't see any reason why you can't make this one work on a MK1
3) turbo to manifold bolts and intake manifold bolts
4) exhaust manifold
5) complete intake manifold
6) CCV hose
7) Intake hose
8) Boost hose
9) oil feed line
10) oil return line (very hard to find)
11) oil pan
12) oil filter flange stand
13) oil cooler with hoses and metal coolant line. The hoses visually look ok but they are used. The metal coolant line had some spots of heavy rust so I wire wheeled those areas to look for holes. I did not see any. I would recommend painting it, or finding a better replacement unit. I believe that the gas ones are the same. Also, a lot of the NA ones on MK2s are the same so you may already have the proper line.
14) MK2 rear motor mount (apparently they are different) - not pictured
15) Oil pump. I'm assuming that this is a 36mm oil pump found on the later engines. I have not taken it apart to verify that or check it's condition. It was from a 90s TD engine. I also have both bolts which I've read are longer then the ones used on the smaller oil pumps.

Any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
I have and can take detailed pictures of any of the parts.
I'm looking for $550 OBO
I will ship anywhere in the world although it gets spendy if we have to cross an ocean

it ended up being a piece of crap, he rhino lined the dash, steering wheel, etc. and it tried to run away on me 3 times in my 10 minute test drive... sad sad sad...
i'd turbo it responsible/modestly.
-
Haha if it ran away on you 3 times without a turbo I can just imagine the fun you would have with one.
Too bad about the truck, if the body is good though dashes and engines are easy to find.
-
you got any other turbo swap kits laying around?
-
No not really
