perjad down at precision sells bosch oil filters for 1.6TD motors (i believe its the same filter used in 1.6D and 1.8T as well) for about $10.

i just got two for $22 after tax. best deal i've found without shipping.

I got my oil changed at mr lube once...  $$$$$$$$$$$ but they sold me a bosch 1.6TD oil filter for 10$   :)

Try out www.germanfilters.com  I have zero affiliation, but Brian who runs it is a great, helpful guy, and the best prices I have found anywhere.  CHeaper than WD pricing through wholesale suppliers from my buddy's shop even.
