Steering column lock assembly for an MK2. I think this actually fits a lot of years. This is the part that holds the ignition cylinder (which is not included).

Brand new OEM VW part, never installed.
Part # 171 905 851
$25 + shipping, priority mail across the country is about $11, or I can meet you locally.
