I'm selling the Jetta. I bought a 96 Passat TDI about 18 months ago and I'm not driving the Jetta enough. The car has been in my family since 1995 and we bought it from a friend. It has been properly maintained and I have the service records dating back to '95. Timing belt, crank seal, cam seal, and tensioner were replaced at 300K. Had Giles rebuild me a turbo pump at 304K and I replaced the glow plugs. Also installed a Passenger Performance 2.5" downpipe and 2.25" exhaust at the same time. Water pump replaced at 308K. Starter replaced about 6 months ago. Current mileage is 316K. The head has never been off of the engine. The paint is weak, but the body is solid.
