They have tires on them, 2 look to be alright the other 2 aren't in the best shape...
rims have some curb rash on 1 or 2 rims, but its nothing serious...
they are straight and were fine on the car, but I have absolutely no need for 13inch rims, I have upgraded to 14inch...
They come with 4 center caps
