Title: filler neck decals.
Post by: ashleyroe on October 07, 2009, 05:24:46 am
i saw them once and then never again.

i'm looking for the ring that goes around the actually filler neck.

think it says something like diesel fuel only caution something blah blah.

someone was making decals on the tex and i asked for them to start on one and well, its been months. or more.

anyone know where you can get any or anyone make vinyl decals?

i have images and measurements for reference.

i want to replace mine when i paint the car. it's starting to get crinkly and bubbly.

thanks.

Also try Frasier on VWVortex, screen name is drfrasiercrane or something similar.  He is usually in the Scirocco forum.  He can pretty much make anything out of vinyl.

I would also recommend going local by going to a plastics shop. They usually cut vynil and its pretty cheap if you bring in an image on cd. If they have to scan and clean stuff up they charge more.
