Title: 81 Caddy engine vibration

I'm wondering if one of the motor mounts is shot? I can feel and hear the engine vibration(like it has solid mounts) in the cab of the truck. Rev the engine and the vibration lessens. Can the IP side motor mount be removed without removing the IP? I have another Caddy and it is quiet in the cab.

most likely a motor mount. either the front or the ip side.
