Title: AAZ diesel wont start

I'm trying for a first start after doing this swap. Here's what I have tried

I have supplied 12v power to both solenoids on the IP, cracked all 4 injector lines(fuel coming from all of them),  pulled the cold start cable(i was told it was cold start not sure though)
applied power to the glow plugs.

still wont start  ???

any hints?
