Hey, Would the K03's fit on a stock 1.6L TD mainfold?

unfortunately no, the only manifold they bolt up to is the 1.8T(20 valve) so a custom manifold or adapter would have to be made to use one.

but they would assuredly boost nice and low! and are apparently good to 20 PSI or so

I also have a TDI injection pump sprocket, for the large diameter, long nose TDI pumps.

will the 1.6 td intake fit a 1.9tdi?  I am swapping a tdi(no ECM) into a Westy and am looking for an intake to make the install a little cleaner.

yes the intake will bolt up, but the TDI has D shaped ports while the one I have has O shaped ports.

the manifold will bolt up, but the ports wont match all that well.
this can be fixed by some porting(you might have to add some material to the manifold to get it to match perfectly)

and I think I can fit the manifold into a $13 flatrate box, so a tentative $13 for shipping on it.

Do you still have the 1.6 td intake manifold?
I'm interested.  What is it to ship to 98932?

anyone who wants some of this stuff should hurry up and PM me.

I cant have this stuff in the back of my car too much longer, so it will start disappearing other ways.
(ebay and the like)

added to the list of available parts is an adapter I made to use a gasser manifold.
it bolts up where the throttle body would go and allows for the connection of an air filter or 2.5" boost piping.
it has a 1/8" pipe tapped hole that I was going to use for my water/meth injection, but it could easily be plugged.

the welds could probably stand to be cleaned up a little.

I am looking for a sprocket for an ALH IP.  Have you got one?

I might, what does it look like?(two piece, or one)

It is a 2 piece.  I might have found a way to work around it.  I cold only be so lucky.

The Landrover pump has a hub on the shaft located by a key.  The AHU pump sprocket I have will mount to the shaft and be located by same key afore mentioned.  I need to make elongated holes in the mounting bracket because the LR IP has 3 round holes to mount the pump to the VW plate.  The rear support comes off the LR IP and is replaced by the VW rear support allowing the pump to pivot for timing adjustments.  It is like finding the HOLY GRAIL for M-TDI conversion, instead of spending a wad of cash to another pin head for his super pump.  I want the little beast to run and drive.

I am building an AHU M-TDI for a Caddy and then for my Westy if all goes well.  I was going to do the Westy first but the Caddy will be used much more.

I will let you know if I need the sprocket.  I will check back in the next few days.

Thanks,  David K
