Title: How much boost is too much on my ECO diesel?

I have a td pump and a front mount intercooler, and a straight pipe exhaust.  I have it at 10lbs of boost but I woundering how much with the stock turbo?

20 psi is around the limit of the stock headgasket  ......

if you add arp headstuds and a 1.9 td metal headgasket 40 psi is possible .

i run up to 28 on a fiber gasket. used to run 35+ un intercooled. finally cracked the block before the head gasket blew.

what turbo do you have?  wouldn't that also define what max boost preasure is allowed?

+1 for that. If you get the AAZ K14 then I'd feel comfotable wondering up to 20 psi

Does anyone know the part number to one of these? Do they just fit?
