like the title states, i want a sweet finned aluminum valve cover. honestly, doesnt have to even be moroso. i just want something sexier than a stock stamped steel one. might also consider a G40/60 valve cover too. just something different. will trade parts for one, or pay cash, doesnt matter to me.
-
How much are you willing to pay for a new G60 valve cover?
-
im not sure. there the ones that dont have any brackets or anything on them right? im looking for the cleanest look i can get. i just have a stock 1.8 digi valve cover on it right now. what you looking to get out of it? i wont pay a rediculious price, but something reasonable.

I'll let you know tomarrow :).
-
i saw the one for sale in portland for 80 bucks, but i dont wanna pay that much unless its something cool. not just some normal VW valve cover.
-
I can get them brand new! :o. Give me a moment to check if there still available.

Reread the ad, the vc is $200. I bought a momo hub from the seller and he is a nice guy.

that may be what it comes down to. a pimpin tall fabricated aluminum VC would be ***in imho.
-
I'm in hot pursuit of Vince Waldons G60 cover, sorry man :P
-
thats fine. i kinda decided that im gonna go custom. and wasnt it dan that had the G60 cover? but i am gonna bust out the old tig gun and set it up. get practiced up. probably build a 5cyl VC at the same time. wouldnt be very hard to build 2 at the same time. and the best part, ive got plenty of scrap aluminum to work with.
