Title: I think my laptop was made by VW!!!!

Well my good ole laptop called it quits when the plug inside the machine broke off the motherboard...I took it all apart to see and its pretty bad....Tonight I got bored and well...half a$$ed it back together for giggles and it turned on off battery power,...So we took a picture and I loaded it on the net using the thing....and well I'm still on it now...LOL ;D :o

Break out the soldering iron and duct tape!!!  Maybe some wire ties and a coat hanger too....

haha that's ace! I had done the same with my mother's laptop when her pin broke off inside the AC hole... tried soldering it back on but dropped solder on a chip and fused the pins and couldn't get it off cleanly.

How you finding Windows 7? I'm loving it.

wanna send me the battery out of that thing before you throw it away if you do? im pretty sure mines the same thing, but my batt wont hold a charge. lol.

its an Inspiron 1300, and sure lol Let me get anew laptop first or see If I can get it fixed
