On the AAZ Bentley says 45Nm (33ft-lb) and recommends the use of anti-seize compound
On the 1.6 Bentley says 40Nm (30 ft-lb) in stages

do you not own a Bentley manual? You should it will be the best $40 you will ever spend on your car

Are they still just $40, I thouht they'd be twiice that by now but still worth every penny.  With a Bentley and this place you can acomplish anything  on these cars.  Without them you might as well just junk the damn things when they quit :D
