Title: Where to get fuel filters in Ottawa ?

i have a friend who can't find Mann or Hengst or any other good German brand fuel filters where he is near Ottawa. Can someone tell me where so i can pass on the info.

I think he wants to be able to pick them up.  He kinda lives in the bush , i think without any real internet.
