Clarkson has a pathological hatred of diesels, it's pretty funny to see them test one...

he had the polo diesel one day and was impressed by it, did you see the fuel effiency race and he had the diesel jag?

Yeah, that was priceless :D It's really one of the best shows on, automotive or otherwise. I just got the first 4 shows of the new season on a DVD.

Ever catch the road trip episode in the States, from Miami to New Orleans? That's one of my favorites...

Yes, the one they have pinned up on the wall in the studio now. I had an '86 4-runner, and can attest to the beating those trucks will endure.

Season 9, episode 3 is the American South road trip... a must-see!

The Season 12 finale, Episode 8 is a bike trip through Vietnam and is also extremely entertaining
