Do you know if a VW Jetta 4 TDI (2002) manual for mechanics exist? If so what is it called, what is the price, where can I buy it from or where can I download it from.

By "Mechanic's Manual", I assume you mean the service manual or shop manual?  Yes, they exist.  They're published by Robert Bentley.  Go to Amazon.com and look for "Bentley VW" and I'm sure you'll find what you're looking for.  I'm sure you can find one on eBay too.

There is a Bentley for 2002 TDI Jetta, My sister has it lol.
