Title: i lost to a kid on a bicycle!

i was driving my diesel transplant car, an 84 rabbit automatic with a blown headgasket so only 2 cylinders are working.
at my cruising speed of 15mph, a kid on a bicycle passed me. he then turned around on the seat and flipped me off! determined to do the same, i floored the engine. as the mighty beast roared after him, i noticed i only had a top speed of 23mph. not fast enough to catch the jerk on the bike even after a long straight away and me pushing that throttle petal down as hard as i could.

that's funny.
 ... I once got beat by a pepsi truck that didn't even know we (I) were racing. From a dead stop.
'81 1.6 NA ... ass dragging, fully loaded is my only excuse.
