Does the AAZ valve cover just bolt down with three bolts? If so, is leakage a problem with them?

Yea it bolts with 3 bolts, there was just A bit of seepage, its got a rubber gasket with It

There is also the small rubber that goes around each stud, and then the large rubber that goes under the rubber dish that goes under the nut.
