Title: problem with a 1996 jetta

Hi

i am new to the site, i have a 1996 jetta TD with cold start hand valve. The car runs great except it dies over 3200rpm. I think it may have a solenoid valve gone? The car does not have a n75 solenoid. does anyone have a vacumm diagram for this car?
