Title: What head gasket!

I have been reading the forums and have noticed that people are using a 1.9l metal head gasket in the 1.6 turbos but from what 1.9l engine do i need the gasket from and what head for a later date conversion do i need as i need to get the head gasket done any how might as well do it now!,
