27mm injector socket works perfectly on the nut.... it's on the tube the oil filter screws into.

Nope, that removes it from the oil filter flange.  The oil filter flange bolts to the block with three bolts.

Once you remove the nut (on the same threaded pipe the filter screws onto) it should be easy to remove by hand from the aluminum flange bolted to the block. Maybe the rubber gasket is stuck between the 2 ?

its not going to be hard to take it apart. its one of the 3 bolts to the block is stripped.

Man, that's not fun. Drill, heat, easy-out (Quality one, not from China)

Well I got the oil cooler off....some easy outs(really good ones) then bolts come right off.
