What kind of turbo can I put on a 2002 Jetta TDI? I believe its a VNT 15, Would a K03 or a T3 Fit?

No for K03 and T3.
You can put a VNT15 or a GT1749V.

Run away from a VNT 15. Don't ask how I know.  :-[ :P Get a VNT 17 or VNT 17/22 hybrid. ;)
