Title: Who has a white MKII Golf in Detroit...?

I was travelling across M14 in Michigan the other day and saw a white MKII Golf w/single rounds. He passed me and I gave him the thumbs up sign and he wave back.

It had personalized plates "Frnksten" or Frankenstien

Nice looking ride!
