Hi guys
pls help???sent my pump to get new seals and pump serviced
got it back but it sat for 6 months before i put it back into the car
(redone the motor)and now he pump does not rev it just idles more a less
spoke to guy that done the service on the pump says i have to send it in again ($$$) cause it has cloged up dew to sitting for so long. :( any tips?

you need to time the pump, then calibrate it, it seems the "throttle" lever may be off as well.
if it idles its probably ok

after i built my injection pump, i couldnt get it to do anything besides idle either. i bet the throttle arm is off a tooth or 2. and i bet the fuel screw needs to be messed with. i moved my throttle arm 1 tooth, screwed the fuel screw most of the way in, then voila, it lives. and im glad it works. biggest improvement ive made to my engine yet. its definitely gonna eat some hondas now.
