Is the Mustange forced induction?
I'm only interested in muscle from building a 73 nova in high school.
And i like the idea of forced induction. I think all engines should be forced induction. there has to be a practical method of having forced induction or O2 induction to achieve really high fuel mileage.

I will always be a MOPAR man.  That clip is awsome!!!
Rup.........rup.....rup.......RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
1st car I owned was a Coronet.  Tires went bald by the 3rd day of ownership

v-dubs are way cool, but nowhere near as cool as a '66 or '67 Charger fastback with a blown 426 or 440.  That is just about as good as it gets.

Fuel efficient or not, I'd never touch another VW again to have any one of these ladies back... Especially the Green Machine (26mpg highway too!)

OKay, so I have a bit of a taste for the white elephants of the auto world..

The first is a 1975 Ford Gran Torino..  Originally Had a 351cid Modified V8 later replaced by a snappy little 351cid Cleveland V8..

The second was a 1983 Chervolet Caprice Classic (Similar to Impala) It was supposed to have a 305cid v8 but it had an engine change before I bought it..  It had to be a 350cid the way it ran..

The last is a 1978 Mustang II..  It was sort of a frakenstein I built in highschool..  It had a 289cid v8 with electronic port injection and a whole lot of other goodies...

This one still pains me. 1972 Buick Electra 225 with the 455cid Buick v8..  (Pulled 21 MPG on a trip to Canada with it)  The day I sold it (stupid stupid stupid) The guy got hit head on by a 2000 Cougar and as far as I know the guy never found the parts to put it back together and she's sitting in his barn...... The ole girl drove home after the accident too, not even a hole in the radiator..

This one is actually in my sister's custody now.. I still get visitation..  1975 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Royale..  It has the 350cid Oldsmobile v8.. (Big, White, Topless_
(http://i295.photobucket.com/albums/mm124/maxfax3/Olds.jpg)

I still actually have my II but it's death stemmed from having subframe connectors, and not a roll cage.. Windsheild broke, the A posts broke loose from the roof, the doors won;t open or close right.. I've debated about finding another body and rebuilding her, but it always winds up being problems with time, money, and space to do it..   :(

At least when it decides to work the VW saves me alot of money.. But it also seems to get rather jealous when I start paying too much attention to another toy...

It's a dream to drive.. Like sitting on your living room couch (in front of a big fan!) driving down the road..  And it get the same of not a tad better fuel economy than her 2000 something midsize SUV..

Yeah, cornering isn't a strong point for it..   With suspension and steering upgrades it handles well, but it's more suited for the open road and long trips..

Here's a pic i took yesterday of the 400 i built with a couple guys in highschool.
(I dropped by my high school yesterday to talk to my old shop teacher about life (school) and of course to ask if i can use the really nice MIG that's there)

It blew the HG last thursday on a run.
