Title: Site stickers?
Post by: rallydiesel on April 22, 2009, 12:37:19 pm: Has anyone ever designed a vwdiesel.net site sticker? I'd definitely rock one on my car. I think I've learned 85% of what I know about diesels from this site. I'd be proud to show some love for this site while blowing soot in my rattlebox.

Not to be offensive, but you just made my night. I need a good grin after work :lol:

I'd rock a vwdiesel.net sticker on all my diesels. Might even be able to find us a printing house in my area that does high quality vinyl. We did some bumper stickers a few years ago for a school club, and they've held up excellently, but I don't know if that shop's still in business.

Die cut means there is no background. The background would be the color of the car it's on VS a printed decal would have a background.

The only problem with allot of different colors is the cost.

If we stick with 1 or 2 colors the cost goes down. There is allot of set up between colors, well not allot but there is more work for the person producing the stickers.

Approx 8" long and about 1" or so high.

I'll see what we come up with.

He let me cut them out :shock:

I ran a few in Grey.
8" long and about 1" tall, I think size wise they are perfect.

The Grey, White, Black and Blue are $2.00 I figure I can ship them for about $.50 maybe? hit me back with some postal codes (you too Tyler I need one from Canada so I can get an idea) so I can figure that part out.

He has some cool stuff like diamond plate look. He can print them in Carbon Fiber also but those would be about $5.00 ea as its a print then die cut.

There are 10 to a sheet so that would be 10 of one color.

Maybe we better take a quick pole on the colors?

Worked out, this becomes: (Amount of Payment) = (Cost of stickers/shipping)/.96

I just find it handy to have that around. :D

The board being down for weeks really slowed the process down and the new PM Format blows big time so I'm having a heck of a time deciphering who has asked for what..

The size they are now makes me think the best place for them is above the mirror on the windshield.
And that would mess up my view.

I had quite a few made up.
Sold quite a few and gave some away also.

When that batch was gone I posted up to see if anyone else wanted some so I knew to have more made or not.
No reply. So none made.

If there is a serious interest I'll make up another 100 or so.
