I bought mine at NAPA for $100 and change.  I'm sure I've seen cheaper ones around though...could check e-bay.  I looked on the Princess Auto website but could not find one in their catalogue.  Never know though...I'm sure they carry lots of stuff that isn't in the catalogue.

Harbour Freight has a nice kit for diesels, I got it years ago and I just looked on their website and it's $24.99.  Don't be afraid of it at that price, they work fine and I still use mine alot.

I got a diesel engine and gas engine compression tester off of eBay for about $50 with shipping.  :)
