Post by: dts67 on March 02, 2009, 06:13:23 am
Building an mtdi pump and Ive got an 11mm donor pump, the problem is its off a uk rover 420 and turns counter-clockwise, I understand the camplates different but can I use the 11mm head/plunger?

Thanks, I just got another 11mm donor pump from a uk transit van, the transit pump and the rover pump are both m-tdi pumps from the factory, am I right in saying using the governor and principle levers from either of  these pumps will save me modifying my own idi levers? Its all on and starting/reving anyway but havent had it on the road yet.
Just realised this might be in the wrong section   I drive a peugeot 1.9 d-turbo, didnt notice the other makes section
