Title: Shift light info.

I saw this and was wondering if someone might know how to hook it up and use it.

 I'm thinking of using it for the drag Scirocco instead of a tach.

I doubt it will work on a diesel w/o adding a tach sensor.

Thats what I had thought at first. I planed on doing the tach setup that others have with the Ford trans. speed sensor, at the crank shaft and not use an alt.
Any thoughts?

That's how I'm going to run my Tach also.... after I start driving my project.
