Title: Mk2 Alternator without a/c

Anyone got a pic of a mk2 alternator without A/C,I need to see the lower mounting holes,thanks in advance.

It's been a while since I had them side by side but I think they are the same as the the AC version except the "other" hole on the mounting ear is threaded. That and different pulleys.

I'd be happy to take a pic and post it for ya dilly, what do you want a picture of exactly? it's in the car... the bottom mount?

Edit: oooo i think my pops took the camera on a buisness trip shoot. My phone will be no good ...  :roll:

 Hope these help, if you need another angle just ask the engines out of the car.. so its super easy to get pics :)

my '86 (mech lifter engine) had an adjustment on top of the alternator.  pretty crummy setup though... i had to use a crowbar to get it properly tensioned  :lol:

can't get pics of that, sorry!  :(

I've never seen that style of adjusting bracket before

wow neither have i my bracket is of a forged style instead of the cast iron.it may be for a mk1 though.Ive got the other style though maybe ill switch over and make my own tensioner.
