went to do the poor man's carbon cleaning on my diesel but this time used a bottle of water instead of mist... reved it up and dumped alittle in but more than I wanted (talking 2 tablespoons) instead of a teaspoon tops and it kinda died.
Paniking I jumped in the car and started it up it cranked up and revved up (I had foot on accelerator) then I left of before revs got to high and smoke went clear and it kinda died out
did I just hydrolock my motor?????

so I am thinking my next course of action since I can't get the Inectors off is tomorrow after work pull the oil pan and look up and see what I see... and from there I will go.
I hope to god I could just pull the injectos and dry it out and be on my merry way but it most likely is not going to be the case.

LOL
coicindentaly (sp? ha ha) my starter died after my car died and I started it back up again... thats why I got a click click.. try turning over again click
again CL and then nothing... 2nd Diesel starter in 6 months..
Had to special order my free replacement and will put it in tomorrow, since I pulled the oil pan and check all the goodies out today and made a nice mess of dying my hair blackish from oil dripping out of motor, lol good times. :D
Then I decided to crank the motor over by the main pulley and a 19mm socket, turned over easy between compression cycles
