Would anybody out there know the funny numbers on the two bearings on the bosch alternator used on the later mk2 diesels? This will give me a fighting chance of sorting mine over a weekend without beating it to death to get the numbers, reassemble to get to work, order new bearings, diassemble and rebuild. I'm lazy me. 8) Beerchug smiley needed.

Yet another unknowable answer?

Be sure to post them up when you find them so I don't have to search will ya? :)

I rebuild my alt and the the non pully side brg was a # 6200 looking at the old brg. the bigger ft one was a 6202 or a 6203 brg , to be on the safe side I would buy all 3 of these and return what you do not need there are very common brgs and any parts store should carry them at $10.00 (Can.) each or less.

:D I thank you! :D
Just found the old nearly dead Valeo that was stashed under the stairs, quick swap should leave me a stopgap whilst I butcher mine.
