I broke the nipple off two injectors (you can make due with one broken one) but the array of hoses linking the two broken injectors fuel returns is getting rediculous!

I asked the vw shop here in town and they want $100 for a complete injector without a nozzle.... :shock:

If anyone has old injectors or ... junk ones i don't care. I'll clean it up i just need one with the fuel returns.

I'm going to try and JB weld some sort of Frankenstein of an injector together if i can't find one but i thought i'd ask.

Any vendors on here have core return's that are useless? or anything?

Try searching for VW Diesel on fleabay motors, 'parts and accessories'.  There is usually an injector or two floating around there all the time.

I think I have spares. It's just the top half that has the two little 3mm hose returns, right?

or Eddy you can send it to me i can tig the piece back on if you still have it? or replace it with some i have around here? but i would need yours to match it up!
and i can test the injector to make sure it's working! best to send them all so i can test them all and make sure their poping and spraying right! this would be the best time to have them all rebuilt by me if you haven't done them all ready? with all the work you have done you should have your injectors done right! so you can at least know thier performing as they should! one spec of dirt will mess up an injector! it can burn a hole in a piston,glo-plug, even destroy the head and pre-cup! well let me know?
i'll work something out with you?

tried fleabay. Anyone else have any?
I don't need working injectors or anything just the top piece because mine broke.

I guess this post is just a bump  :(
I hope AudiVWguy gets back to be soon.

I have 4 NA injectors, i dont know of their condition though.. Let me know if your interested.

Just dropped by AVR, the vw shop in abby, and they want basically $100 cdn after tax for 1 injector without a nozzle...
that seemed exceptionally expensive to me.
