Title: My Exhaust Manifold Design

I finished drawing my exhaust manifold tonight. Now all I have to do is built it. The nice thing is I have a complete Bill of Materials and cut list so fab time should be fairly short. The runners are damn close to equal 2-3 are 18mm longer then 1-4. Here's a pic.

Wow that will be sweet. Is the manifold for a 1.6 or a 1.9 head? is it going to put the turbo down below or up over the valve cover? I'm in the slow proceses as I have to draw by hand (have no cad skills) somthing similar to drop the stock 1.6 turbo down so that I can squeeze a holset in on top, or mabey it will be visa versa, but that looks like it would be a great place to start if your willing to share the file, I understand if your not :wink:
