WTB: Diesel Vanagon choke cable/ housing

I am looking for the choke cable assembly that came stock on many of the diesel vanagons. I am looking for the cable, housing, cold start lever etc. On diesel vanagons, there is a cold start lever like a choke that needs to pulled out to start the engine and then pushed back in once the engine is running. It is connected to the pull-out handle on the RH side below the steering wheel on an '87 diesel Westy. This is what I am looking for. Thanks.

That might be a tough order, unless our friends to the north can help out.

Check out the VAGCAT listing with image and part numbers:

http://www.vagcat.com/epc/cat/vw/T2/1982/4/55/59132/

YOu'll need to create an account to see the images and part numbers.

It looks like the dealers in the US MIGHT be able to get them (at a cost of about $50 just for the cable). Then you'd need the knob, washers, clips, etc.

Good luck
