No response to phone calls, email, or pms. No surprise. i spent about $1k on a head from him that is crap. Anyone talk to him personally? Or just start spreading the word to other not to deal with him?

Yeah, hard to believe he said your TD head wasn't rebuildable,..
 then sold you an 11mm "B" head telling you it would work.

Why won't a 11mm head work? Besides hole size?

Dave called today. He offered to take a look it if I send it back to him. Hopefully I can get a chance to get in into the garage.

An 11mm head "B head" will work,..
 but I wouldn't sell you one to put on a hopped-up TD block.
In my opinion; with the PP intake, fat exhaust etc, yours should have a real TD head.
 You asked sooo,.. just my opinion.
