Post by: jtanguay on February 07, 2009, 02:01:40 pm: i think the major problem here is that paypal will only allow something like 30 days to get your money back. maybe the way this should have been handled, was to get the parts ready for shipment, then request the payment, and then ship the items right away. otherwise it leaves the buyer at the mercy of paypal, should the deal go south (like has happened before on this site)

not saying that FWD.MOTION is shady by any means here... its just that everyone has to be dilligent these days.

sad that it had to come to this, but honestly FWD.MOTION, if you promise someone tracking numbers for a certain date, then follow through, or get back to that person. i'll have to side with 79rabbit4dr on this one. if it was too much to handle, you should have been forthcoming and just told everyone of delays and issues, which i'm sure most if not all would be understanding.

this thread should probably be locked before it gets worse...

Second, you offered me the dash for $100, then changed it to $150, I have e-mails to prove it. Then you offered me the dash again to make up for the door cards back at the original price of $100 after you turned down my offer of $100 plus $50 on my original order. $150 total for dash, sun visors, shift boot, and arm rests. That's not unreasonable, and in fact, I've already got these parts ordered from someone else cheaper. Granted, they're in the US, but the difference about makes up for the shipping.

You can call me a "dumb child muther ....er" all you want, it's not going to change the fact that you kept promising me information then lying to me about what was going on. I told you repeatedly, "just let me know what's going on" and then you blow up at me and start calling me names when I push hard enough to actually get an answer!? THAT is childish.
