thot i would do a build history of tdi stuff
cars mk2 golf gti 16v with M-tdi 1 z engine and mk3 golf 1.9d gearbox
mk2 golf one in advar M-tdi 1z engine and gearbox 16v drive shafts ,pump is a pug 306 with a 11mm head pug camplate + a few more tricks , runs a gt 15 turbo and std injectors , and has a shreded clutch , i have a VR6 fly wheel to put on soon , and a vnt 17 with my .216 injectors
mk3 golf e tdi , 11mm pump head ,hamer mod, chiped
first 1z that i poped man that was a sore day just as well i did not have a hamer in my hand cos some thing would of got it :(

the silver golf is a tdi but i use it as my test bed , and the engine and box from my mk2 is in my other mk2 gti now

the pump on the left is of a ford 1.6 idi diesel and that pump is the bace for the M-tdi pump and it has a 20mm shaft and the right ofset for the pully

this is where the pumps get maxed i no its a bit of a mess but the insides of the pumps are very cleen

that pump you see is the 1.6 ford idi diesel one, after much work i have not fitted it as yet
